Marketing Manager—Financial Navigator
Financial Navigator, Inc. (FNI) is seeking a talented and motivated individual to fill our Marketing Manager position. We develop and support financial software solutions for Family Offices and CPA firms focused on serving the High-Net-Worth market. As a member of the Sales and Marketing Team, you will be responsible for the development, execution, and analysis of FNI’s marketing campaigns. Your role is to communicate effectively with financial professionals about the Company’s integrated general ledger and portfolio management software solution and customized support services.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation and Lead Nurturing:
- Developing, executing, and analyzing lead generation programs consisting of email marketing and direct mail campaigns
- Developing and executing lead nurturing programs that help convert prospects into leads
- Understanding market segmentation and developing campaigns targeted towards “buyer personas” within the financial industry space
- Analyzing lead intake via the web to help create future marketing campaigns and provide insight into product development
- Sales Collateral and Website Development:
- Planning, writing, and producing all outbound sales and marketing collateral materials including white papers, brochures, feature/product sheets, case studies, and reference assets
- Planning, writing, and updating copy on company website
- Tracking and analyzing website traffic and the effectiveness of lead intake
- Events, Promotion, and General Marketing:
- Defining and managing event-related programs, such as trade shows and conferences
- Creating and producing all trade show and promotional materials, as well as PowerPoint presentations as needed
- Developing and executing pre- and post-show direct marketing programs for trade shows and special events
- Evaluating ongoing performance and expense of marketing programs, campaigns, and vendors by creating ROI analysis
- Enlisting, managing, and directing vendors, partners, and other external resources as needed
Related Experience & Education:
- BS/BA in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or equivalent
- 3-7 years experience in marketing, preferably with a focus on marketing communications, product marketing, or public relations
- Experience running effective lead generation programs, especially those utilizing online marketing vehicles (website optimization, email blasts, online newsletters, and ads)
- Hands-on experience creating/redesigning corporate identity packages, websites, print collateral and other marketing materials from scratch (including content creation, print production, and design)
- Familiarity with measuring the effectiveness of marketing programs and messages using tools such as web analytics
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a cross-functional team and small-company environment with minimal supervision
- Experience with or proficiency in: MS Office; Adobe Dreamweaver, InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop; Quark; Sage CRM (or other CRM solution); email marketing software
