Marketing Operations Coordinator—Eloqua (Contract Position)
The Marketing Operations Coordinator role is a hands-on position that will manage day-to-day operations of Eloqua which entails the management/deployment of eMarketing programs through Eloqua as well as management of leads between Eloqua and our CRM system. This position will report to the Senior Online Marketing Manager, will have global responsibilities, and be based in Mountain View, CA. The role will initially be a 3 month contract with potential to go FTE.
Responsibilities:
- Execute all outbound marketing programs through Eloqua using Program Builder, and various Eloqua functionalities
- Execute lead scoring and lead nurturing programs; developing emails within pre-defined templates, setting up “trigger” communications, etc.
- Ongoing data entry, data validation, and data enrichment of Eloqua’s contacts database
- Create dashboards and reports to measure all aspects of marketing activities in Eloqua such as campaign effectiveness, lead rates, etc.
- Monitor and enforce proper usage of Eloqua and provide ongoing guidance and expertise to other users
- Manage lead and prospect databases: e.g. pulling new list segments and maintaining overall database cleanliness
- Ability to work with global marketing managers by understanding geographic differences in targeting prospects and lead handling processes
Qualifications:
- Strong “hands-on” knowledge of Eloqua system, its features, capabilities and limitations. Be a power user and the go to person
- General understanding of eMarketing tactics and terms such as email campaigns, deliverability, behavior tracking, lead nurturing, lead generation etc.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Process and quality orientation with attention to detail
- Innovative, motivated, organized, high energy team player
- Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, presentation
- General understanding and use of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- 3 years of experience
- College degree
