Marketing Systems Support & Training Manager—Adobe Systems, Inc. (Contract Position)

The Marketing Hub Manager will be responsible for end user training and production support for Adobe’s Marketing Hub, a Digital Asset Management-Production Management (DAM-PM) system. Duties will include responding to production support requests and questions, screening and approving vendor requests for system accounts, and delivering end user system training. This position reports to the Sr. Manager, Marketing Operations in the Global Market Research and Planning department at Adobe Systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Production support of the Marketing Hub for Adobe employees and external marketing agencies. Duties include:
    • Provide phone & email support for system users (level 0 support)
    • Approve of new external vendor account requests
    • Conduct weekly end user clinics to respond to requests for help
    • Provide business prioritization for maintenance queue/production support requests
  • End user system training:
    • Own and execute against the global end user training plan
    • Create training materials including presentations, reference guides, and recorded training sessions
    • Manage logistics for training sessions (online and classroom sessions)
    • Conduct online and classroom training sessions
    • Moderate system workshop sessions (conducted by request for internal marketing teams)
    • Produce recorded training modules

Related Experience & Education:

  • 5+ years in marketing with experience in training, marketing operations, and/or project management
  • Experience working with marketing systems such as digital asset management repositories or MRM is desired; experience with Aprimo software is a plus
  • Prior experience in conducting end user training via multiple delivery methods (online web sessions, classroom training, recorded training, etc.) Regional training experience is a plus
  • Ability to work cross-functionally across Adobe's business unit, regional, functional teams and external agencies
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work in a team environment
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Resourceful, independent thinker with a willingness to adopt creative approaches to solve business challenges
  • Positive attitude and a strong customer service focus
  • Skilled in MS Office applications especially PowerPoint; Adobe In Design experience is a plus
  • Experience with web conferencing software
  • BA required
