Mark Culpepper—Chief Technology Officer at SunEdison

Mark Culpepper has just stepped into the role of CTO at SunEdison. Previously Mark was the Vice President Strategic Marketing at SunEdison. Mark also held roles as the Vice President, Business Development at Team Solar, Inc., Director Product & Technical Marketing at nCircle Network Security, Independent Consultant - Competitive Marketing at Various - Symbol Technologies, Inflow, TAG, Senior Director - Strategy and Product Finances at Cable & Wireless. Earlier in his career Mark helped found and was Director Product Management at Digital Island and was a Senior Sales Engineer at Cisco.

Mark focuses on four key areas to create advantage:
• Business Process: Time sensitive, results driven frameworks for large cross-functional groups spanning operations, engineering, marketing and sales.
• Product Development: Able to turn a hazy vision into a quantifiable business plan with defined assumptions, risks and returns.
• Profitability: Driving executive level go/no go decisions throughout the product and service process with a clear focus on profitability.
• Positioning: Excellent communication skills allow me to determine the right position for complex products and services in highly competitive markets.

Mark holds a BSFS, International Economics from Georgetown University, 1991.

Linda Lazor—Marketing Operations at Cisco Systems, Inc.

Linda currently leads a marketing effort aimed at generating high ROI programs at Cisco Systems. She has extensive experience in technology marketing, marketing planning & organization and operations. Prior to Cisco, Linda worked at Plateau Systems, a leading provider of enterprise software that manages learning and knowledge readiness, Linda was responsible for all corporate and product marketing activities including strategy, communications, advertising and events.

Prior to serving at Plateau, Linda worked at PeopleSoft, where she held the position of vice president, global product marketing. In this role, she drove the product marketing merger integration with J.D. Edwards following that company's acquisition by PeopleSoft. Ms. Lazor also significantly expanded PeopleSoft's international product marketing organization, recruiting and managing key talent throughout the world. Prior to her product marketing role, Ms. Lazor was vice president, corporate positioning at PeopleSoft. In this role, she crafted corporate and product messaging with an emphasis on client value and competitive differentiation.

Before moving to PeopleSoft, Linda held a variety of management positions at Hewlett Packard in strategy, business operations, product marketing and product management. Most recently, she led strategy and business operations for the HP Solutions Organization and HP E-Services.Solutions new Internet market development organization. Linda earned a bachelor's of science in electrical engineering from Purdue University, and a master's in business administration from Stanford University.

Luke McKeever—Chief Executive Officer, Capital ID, Inc.

Luke McKeever is Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Capital ID. Previously he was Executive Vice President, Corporate Development and member of the Executive Team of Alterian, the global provider of technology for analytically led integrated marketing. Prior to Alterian Luke spent a number of years in management roles with Claritas and Experian in the UK and internationally.

Luke has an impressive track record in marketing automation. He worked in management roles with Claritas and Experian. Before joining Capital ID he was with Alterian, the global provider of technology for analytically led integrated marketing, for seven years. He was responsible for corporate strategy, dividing his time between the US and Europe. He managed the acquisitions and subsequent integrations of Dynamics Direct Inc, a leading on-line marketing vendor and Nvigorate, a marketing operations management technology and services company. Luke has a degree in Social Psychology from Sussex University.

Luke joined Capital ID in 2007 and is a member of the Management Board. He also serves as a member of the DMA’s Marketing Technology Council.

Rene Saltzherr—Sr. Director of Marketing at Oracle, Demand Marketing Services

During his nearly 18 year at Oracle, Rene has worked in several management roles in Marketing, Sales, Product Management, Development and IT. He is a highly motivated, creative, energetic and technical savvy marketing professional.

Rene currently manages the Demand Marketing Services team which is part of the Global Marketing Shared Services. His team of 100+ people, supports many aspects of Web Marketing (e.g. emails, landing pages, event promotions/registrations, SEO, support for web pages for Oracle.com, Oracle Technology Network), as well as Global Lead Management (taking Marketing generated responses to the correct sales organization and follows up closely with Sales and Marketing on the results achieved to get continuous process improvements and higher pipeline contribution).

He has been at Oracle’s Redwood Shores HQ since 1997 and before he worked at the Oracle subsidiary in the Netherlands.

Rene holds Masters Degree in Computer Sciences from the Technical University in Delft, the Netherlands.
